About the role

This is a
hybrid role
between
bookkeeping/accounts
and
admin/coordination support
.

You will handle daily bookkeeping and assist with admin tasks to support our operations, sales and marketing teams. We work with an external accountant/tax agent for statutory submissions, and you will help prepare the required documents/reports. For the bookkeeping/accounts, you will report to the Head of Accounting and Finance at the Head Office in Australia.

Key Responsibilities (Bookkeeping / Accounts)

  • Perform daily bookkeeping in
    ABSS
    (data entry, proper filing, documentation)
  • Handle invoicing, AR/AP support, payment processing and
    bank reconciliation
  • Ensure
    stock in/out
    transactions are recorded accurately and reflected in accounts daily
  • Prepare reports/schedules and documents for
    tax submission
    and for external accountant/tax agent/auditor
  • Assist with month-end closing support and basic management reporting

Key Responsibilities (Admin / Coordination)

  • Provide admin support and coordination for operations, sales and marketing activities
  • Manage documents, filing, simple tracking, follow-ups, and general office coordination
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in
    Accounting / Finance
    (or related)
  • Minimum 2 years
    bookkeeping/accounts experience
  • (Fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered)
  • Hands-on experience using
    ABSS
    is required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Excel skills and organized documentation habits
  • Fluent English
    (spoken & written)
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally and work independently

Nice to have (advantage)

  • Ability to support
    Singapore accounts
    (training/transition depending on capability)
