Role Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will lead and mentor a team, coordinate complex marketing projects, manage our social media presence, and ensure all initiatives are backed by data and strict KPI adherence.

The ideal candidate is a "player-coach"—someone capable of managing people and workflows while remaining hands-on with social media strategy and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. People Management & Leadership

  2. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of [Number] marketers (e.g., content creators, designers, specialists). Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.

  3. Resource Allocation: Identify skill gaps, manage hiring processes, and assign tasks based on individual strengths and capacity.

  4. Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountability-driven team culture.

  5. Task Coordination & Operations

  6. Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end marketing workflow, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).

  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure unified messaging and alignment.

  8. Process Optimization: Standardize SOPs for campaign launches, content approval, and asset management to reduce bottlenecks.

  9. KPI & Performance Management

  10. Data-Driven Strategy: Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROI, Conversion Rates, Engagement Rate, MQLs).

  11. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for leadership, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies based on the data.

  12. Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across channels to maximize ROI.

  13. Social Media & Brand Strategy

  14. Channel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) to increase brand awareness.

  15. Content Oversight: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality visual/written output.
  16. Community Engagement: Monitor social trends and audience sentiment to keep the brand relevant and responsive.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience managing teams and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, CRM software  and ad platforms.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, analytical thinker, excellent communicator, and adaptable to changing business needs.
