Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Analytics, will be responsible for overseeing the analytics team, driving data-driven decision-making, and providing insights that will shape our business strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of business & Data Analysts to solve business issues
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all analytics platforms.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the analytics team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analytics or a related field, preferable experienced in a managerial role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and key performance metrics.
  • Experienced in retail environment or in consulting industry
