About the Role

This is a full-time remote (preferably for the candidate to be based in Bangalore) role for as Business Development Representative at Decube. The role involves tasks such as inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities to drive growth and foster client relationships. Working hours will follow the target market: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST for US coverage, or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST for UK, EMEA coverage.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field.
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of data management or data domain experience is a plus

Compensation:

  • Salary from INR 1,200,000 to INR 1,800,000 per annum
  • Sales Incentive
  • Contractual Leave
