What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic Planning: Translate workforce plans into hiring strategies and develop dashboards for insights on market trends.
  • Recruitment Excellence: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with hiring managers, offer advisory support, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate to strengthen the employer brand, oversee recruitment campaigns, and drive participation in career events.
  • Data and Compliance: Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain records in Workday Recruitment.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced Professional: With 6-8 years in recruitment, including managerial roles, and experience in high-growth environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Workday Recruitment is essential.
  • Skilled in Assessment: Excellent in conducting interviews, assessments, and developing assessment frameworks.
  • Strategic and Analytical: A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, data-driven, and strong analytical skills.
  • Professional and Ethical: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.
