About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Personal Financial Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a high-impact environment, and are excited about building a rewarding career in financial services. You'll drive outbound sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and champion our product offerings to meet business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
  • Build strong product understanding and confidently communicate key benefits.
  • Engage customers professionally, identify needs, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Present persuasive sales pitches and address customer questions or objections.
  • Develop and qualify new leads while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and close opportunities.
  • Stay compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance product and sales capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the team to share customer insights and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply — full training provided.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email).
  • Positive mindset, self-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and hit performance targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
