Multilingual Guest Services Officer

Job Summary
We are hiring Guest Services Officers to join the onboard hospitality team on Royal Caribbean (皇家加勒比) cruise ships through our recruitment partner network.
You will provide premium front-desk service to international and Chinese-speaking guests, helping create memorable cruise experiences in a multicultural, live-in environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at embarkation and throughout their voyage
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest accounts (within 3 minutes)
- Handle SeaPass cards, currency exchange, and onboard service inquiries
- Provide accurate and friendly information about ship activities and shore excursions
- Respond to guest issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency (within 20 minutes)
- Support lost-and-found operations, immigration paperwork, and customs procedures
- Uphold a guest satisfaction rating of 98% or higher
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 21 years and above
- At least 2 years of experience in front desk or guest relations at a 4- or 5-star hotel; cruise experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; other languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism is preferred
- Service-oriented, proactive, collaborative, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Must comply with onboard grooming and uniform standards (including no visible tattoos while in uniform)
- Currently employed or recently employed (left previous job within the last 12 months is preferred)
- Willing to live and work onboard for the contract duration
