Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Guest Service Assistant. The Guest Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves assisting with check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling Reservations, Check-ins, and Check-outs
- Problem-solving and Organizational skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management or related field preferred
