Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Guest Service Representative. The Guest Service Representative will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide exceptional customer service for inquiries, and resolve guest issues promptly. Other responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in line with the company's high hospitality standards. The role requires active communication and a focus on delivering an exemplary guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and troubleshoot minor operational issues effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard hotel management software or reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is advantageous.
