JOB TITLE : Sales Executive
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing – Palm Oil Harvesting Tools
OFFICE: Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit palm oil estates and plantations to promote harvesting tools.
- Conduct on-site product demonstration and after-sales training for estate workers and supervisors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate managers, supervisors, and purchasing teams.
- Collect purchase orders, follow up on order status, delivery, and payment coordination.
- Provide after-sales support, product usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Participate in agriculture exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
- Gather market feedback and competitor information from estates.
- Prepare simple sales visit reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or experience in Sales / Agriculture / Engineering / Plantation-related field
- Experience in palm oil industry or agricultural tools is a strong advantage
- Willing and able to travel frequently to estates (outstation)
- Comfortable working in outdoor plantation environments
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented
Added Advantage:
- Familiar with palm oil harvesting operations
- Experience dealing with estate managers and mandore / supervisors
- Able to conduct hands-on training and demonstrations
