The Role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Assistant Product Manager for Marco Worldwide Sdn Bhd the timepiece distribution arm for brands name Reebok, Caterpillar, Titan and others brand. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand & marketing strategies that drive brand awareness & growth across diverse distribution channels, both offline & online. You'll work closely with sales and brand principals to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across every customer touchpoint. You will play a key role in shaping the perception of our brand and driving its growth in the physical markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies tailored to multi-channel distribution environments
  • Manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital, social, and traditional media, ATL & BTL program
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align brand goals with business objectives
  • Plan the stock ordering & product pricing and monitor the stock ageing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights
  • Lead product launches, trade campaigns, and distributor engagement initiatives
  • Analyze brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual and verbal identity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a senior marketing/product executive position in brand/product management, preferably in Timepiece or Consumer Products.
  • Proven success in launching and growing brands.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
