Job Objective

  1. Carries out conceptual and actual design for automation solution.
  2. Strives to meet with the production and quality goals That set by the department and ensure the operation assigned completed on schedule.

Job Scope

  1. Come out quality design to meet internal & customers' expectation.
  2. Explore improvement opportunities and makes proposals for corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Prepares parts drawings, info for user manual & complete the assembly  information recording.
  4. Attend to production & customer design related issues & provide commitment on the improvement action.
  5. Follow up closely for every single design that that been done.
  6. Make sure the design output meet the design input.
  7. The design must go through a proper review & verification before send out for fabrication.
  8. Interfaces with customers and reviews with them the design for their machine or system.

Job Requirement

  1. Diploma or Degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Related experience in the automation industries.
  3. Able to handle projects independently.
  4. Capable to coordinate with customer independently.
  5. Should possess responsibility and have strong communication and action orientated Skills.
  6. Familiar with pneumatics and motion controls.
  7. Technical knowledge in automation equipment design
  8. CAD software
  9. Communication skill
  10. Project follow up
