We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quarry Operations Manager to oversee our site in Karimun, Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity for Malaysian professionals to gain regional exposure while enjoying a competitive salary in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the granite quarry, ensuring production targets and safety standards are met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a skilled operations team to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
  • Manage quarry production, maintenance, and stock control with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance plans for quarry plants and equipment.
  • Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and safety records.
  • Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Manage quarry budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of stone, rock, and mineral output meets operational standards.
  • Keep up to date with government regulations and industry developments.
  • Plan and oversee training programs to continuously develop the operational team.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quarry or open-pit mining operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of quarrying processes, blasting, crushing, and material handling.
  • Proven experience in production management, cost control, and safety compliance.
  • Valid Quarry Manager's Certificate or mining license (where applicable).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
