Spanning 17,000 square feet, PSHC operates within an adaptive reuse building thoughtfully designed to meet modern healthcare needs. We are fully compliant with the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 (Act 586) and its regulations, and operate under the oversight of the Private Medical Practice Control Section (CKAPS) of the Ministry of Health. Our comprehensive range of specialized medical services is tailored to support the evolving needs of our community with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johore, Malaysia. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional tasks involve budgeting, resource allocation, and evaluating operational performance to promote continuous improvement.

  • Budgeting, Financial Management, and Business Acumen skills
  • Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the Nursing Management , Healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Johore, Malaysia
