About the role

AMG Synergy Sdn Bhd, a leading telecommunication company based in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Executive/Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our telco projects, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  3. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving
  4. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources required for project completion
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies
  6. Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project management team
  7. Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role within the telecommunication industry
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  3. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Project, and familiarity with project management software
  6. Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Relevant educational qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
