Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Armani Group. as a Project Executive based in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of property projects, collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
  • Assist to initiate and manage collaboration and integration with external consultants, key stakeholders, and client.
  • Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries and prepare necessary paperwork such as sales proposals, quotations, Auto-cad design drawings for submission, attend site meetings, handover, and inspections.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the property industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
