Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, execution which includes overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and work progress of the project.
  • Familiar with the latest rules, regulations and the procedures for submission and obtaining approval from the relevant authorities.
  • To work closely with the consultants, contractors and project management team to ensure total co-ordination and smooth implementation and construction of the project.
  • Responsible in monitoring the work progress from commencement until handover of the project.
  • To ensure site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
  • To ensure work is done in accordance to specification and in good workmanship without delay in work progress.
  • To ensure safety and regulations are in compliance with the legislation.
  • To provide periodic management reports and attend all meetings for the project.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field.
  • Well organised with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Team player.
