As part of our business expansion, we are seeking high-caliber individuals to join our growing team. We invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Safety & Health Supervisor to develop their career and grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to safety and health.
  • Prepare and implement the Safety and Health Plan for project sites.
  • Assist the Project Manager in matters related to safety procedures and specifications during project execution.
  • Enforce, monitor, and control safety and health practices among contractors and subcontractors through daily inspections of job sites and equipment.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to address and follow up on safety issues with site personnel.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities to resolve safety-related matters arising at the site.
  • Conduct various site visits and monitoring as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Safety and Health, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Must possess a valid Yellow Book recognized by DOSH for Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) and a valid CIDB Green Card.
  • Well-versed in construction site hazards and safety requirements.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • This is a contract-based position.
