  1. Responsible for handling all project-related submissions, documentation, and approvals with local authorities including Bomba, IWK, MBI, and other relevant departments.
  2. Prepare, compile, and ensure accuracy of all paperwork and technical documentation required for project submissions, permits, and certifications.
  3. Follow up closely with authority officers to expedite approval processes and resolve queries or compliance issues.
  4. Maintain good working relationships and communication channels with key officers and departments within the state authorities.
  5. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all submission requirements are complete and aligned with project timelines.
  6. Ensure all necessary approvals, clearances, and completion certificates are obtained within the stipulated time for project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in property development or construction, with direct exposure to authority submissions and approvals.
  3. Strong knowledge of submission procedures and requirements for local authorities in Ipoh (Bomba, IWK, MBI, etc.).
  4. Established working relationships or familiarity with key personnel within these authorities will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with a proactive attitude.
