  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required and ensuring projects meet deadlines and within budget
  • Plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites and project teams to the successful completion of project according to the quality standard & on time delivery.
  • Work closely with the project technical leads in the creation and management of project artifacts, schedules, and budgets
  • Report on the status of the project as accurately as possible with emphasis on the anticipated cost to complete.
  • Insure that all safety standards and practices of the company are being strictly adhered and that a job specific safety and health standards are posted on the jobsite.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related position (high-rise property/real estate project preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work independent with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with government liaison processes and project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).
