Job Description:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for timely delivery and work progress.
  • Track project costs, material orders, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Support site teams in daily operations and resolve coordination issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
