Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions:

  • To support Business Development team to meet sales target on OEM items/products.
  • To support Business Development team to handle existing customer & projects.
  • Liaise with internal team on new project development status (sample development) & process challenges.
  • Support Business Development team on managing:

Project timeline, Design for Manufacturing, Contract review, Change control notice, Bill of material setup sheet, ERP input data sheet.

Prepare costing for new inquiry (study packing, sourcing material), prepare quotation for OEM customers and arrange for credit terms.

To provide customer services and to communicate in order to meet customer requirements.

Liaise with customer & internal team in case of any part cancellation or modification.

Customer questionnaire survey, product classification with custom.

Declaration report (ROHS, REACH, PFAS, FDA, etc)

  • Perform any other duties Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Sales Support, Business Development Coordinator role, preferably within Manufacturing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & CRM.
  • Proactive problem-solving and taking initiative.
