Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ipoh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance the hospital's market presence. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the alignment of business goals with the hospital's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Preferably experienced in hospital BD, insurance or medical/pharma BD.
  • Strong experience in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Pleasant personality and able to represent hospital professionally
  • Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Demonstrated skills in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Proficiency in using business and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
