Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Junior Graphic / Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will assist in conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually engaging content that supports our marketing and communication goals across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life through impactful visuals and multimedia assets that align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative materials including social media visuals, digital ads, brochures, posters, and presentation slides.
  • Produce and edit multimedia content such as photos, videos, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Support senior designers and marketing initiatives with creative execution and content production.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts.
  • Manage multiple design tasks, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content creation.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, or 3D design is a plus.
