Job Overview
We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching designs for our special edition fire extinguishers, marketing materials, and product packaging. You'll be responsible for maintaining our brand consistency and effectively communicating our message through all communication channels.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for special edition fire extinguishers, marketing materials, and product packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure design concepts align with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage design projects from concept to completion, including overseeing production and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain design assets, such as templates, icons, and photography, to support branding efforts.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to create innovative and effective designs.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure their work meets company standards and design guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather design requirements and provide design recommendations and solutions.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design a plus.
