Coding Instructor

Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Student Engagement

• Conduct coding and robotics lessons using the organisation's established teaching framework.
• Lead weekly classes, workshops, and school-based learning programs.
• Guide students in developing final digital projects for presentation to peers and parents.
• Create a positive, interactive, and collaborative classroom environment.
• Motivate students to overcome challenges and turn ideas into practical digital solutions.
• Provide timely and constructive updates to parents on student progress.

2. Curriculum Support & Enhancement

• Facilitate hands-on activities and workshops to test new curriculum materials.
• Work closely with senior instructors to refine lesson plans and improve teaching materials.
• Contribute feedback and implement enhancements to both existing and new curriculum content.

3. Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration

• Continuously expand your own knowledge of programming, robotics, and software development.
• Apply real-world examples to help students solve technology and problem-solving challenges.
• Support the development and growth of the instructional team as the organisation expands.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and developing digital skills among young learners.
• Strong interest in programming, software development, mobile apps, or hardware-related coding.
• Eagerness to learn more about computer science or engineering topics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and able to engage students of different levels.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language is an advantage.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or training is preferred.
• Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong ownership mindset with a "get-things-done" attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
