  8. Training and development

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets related to forex trading, market trends, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with trading, marketing, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor forex market trends, identify risks, and predict future trading patterns.
  • Conduct data cleansing, validation, and preparation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the development of forecasting models and algorithms to enhance trading strategies.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Fintech or Forex.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel).
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of forex markets and financial instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
