Team Leader Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
- Manage distributors' enquiries and process orders efficiently
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Experience Center
- Support the maintenance and overall upkeep of the Experience Center
- Assist in training and supporting team members
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provide support for sales events and promotional activities
- Perform other work-related duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Independent with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling call center would be an advantage
- Good command of 3 languages - Prefer Mandarin Speaker
Job Details
- Contract Durations : 3 Months (view to extension and permanent)
- Working Location : Level 1, PNB Darby Park Retail
- Working Hours : 11.20am to 8.20pm
- Working Days : Monday - Saturday (5 days rotating shift)
- Language Allowance : RM300 - Mandarin Speaker
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
