What you'll do:

1. Content Creation & Design

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive e-learning materials.
  • Develop visual assets consistent with the company's brand guidelines and communication tone.
  • Script, storyboard, and edit training videos or digital learning modules.
  • Capture and edit photos or videos for internal and external communication needs.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Management

  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning materials and courses within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with trainers to optimize course structures and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related technical issues.

3. Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Product, and Training) to develop content aligned with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback in a fast-changing environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, creative ideas.

4. Quality & Innovation

  • Ensure all content meets accessibility and usability standards.
  • Continuously explore new multimedia tools, technologies, and design trends to enhance content quality and learner engagement.
  • Maintain an organized content library for easy access and updates

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in fast paced or rapidly changing industries such as technology, start ups, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design and editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other related applications.
  • Basic understanding of HTML five, SCORM, or xAPI standards is an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
