Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Study and master the local construction codes, processes, client-specific technical requirements, and construction standards for overseas project locations (Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe, the US, etc.).
  2. Assist in company bidding and presentations, preparing technical proposals and PPT presentations for HVAC-related content.
  3. Draft subcontractor tender documents, including work scope, interfaces, and construction requirements; handle clarifications during the bidding process and participate in reviewing subcontractor technical submissions.
  4. Complete construction organization designs and specific construction plans for relevant specialties in accordance with project requirements.
  5. Demonstrate basic capability in enhancing construction drawings.
  6. Based on project drawings and actual site conditions, calculate quantities and prepare bill of quantities, equipment lists, and material lists.
  7. Develop detailed engineering progress plans, three-week rolling schedules, and corresponding plans for personnel, materials, and equipment arrivals.
  8. Identify risks related to professional engineering (safety, progress, quality, cost, documentation, materials, etc.) and create proactive risk management plans.
  9. Manage on-site construction activities for professional engineering, ensuring that construction goals are met.
  10. Serve as a technical liaison between the company and external clients' engineering teams.
  11. Work with the EHS department to ensure safety management for the professional engineering works.
  12. Collaborate with the documentation team to manage professional engineering documentation.
  13. Work with the testing department to meet pre-testing conditions and organize rectifications.
  14. Complete the professional engineering close-out tasks, including documentation, training, material inventories, and project reviews.
Qualifications:
  1. Over 5 years of experience in a construction company, with at least 3 years of experience in data center project construction.
  2. Experience in at least two data center projects of 15 MW or larger or AIDC projects in the past three years, with at least 10,000+ cabinets delivered.
  3. Experience in data center construction with third-party Colo providers or construction units.
  4. Strong learning ability, high sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  5. Experience in overseas data center project construction (with Colo providers or construction companies) is preferred.
  6. Excellent spoken English is a plus.
