Job Responsibilities:

  • Baking Skills and Support

  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.

  • Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
  • Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
  • Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
  • Ability to work with team members to solve problems
  • Good planning skills and ability to read and follow recipes
  • Operating and monitoring baking equipment
  • Storing baking supplies and ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following food safety guidelines

  • Ordering baking supplies and testing baked goods for quality and flavor

    -Assist in Food bank and Empowerment operations

    -Participate in events and activities organized by KSK.

  • Administrative Support

-Assist in daily administrative tasks and operations management.

-Maintain and organize operational records and documentation.

-Assist in data entry and management of operational databases.

-Prepare reports and summaries as required.

-Support inventory tracking and management processes.

-Assist in loading and unloading food and donation items .

-Oversee food distributions, interactions for social welfare purposes.

-Assist in scheduling and planning operational activities.

-Provide support to customers and resolve operational issues.

-Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

-Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.

-Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Supporting adhoc tasks based on KSK's evolving requirements

-Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma in Food service /Food Technology & Processing.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
