Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Daily Management and Scheduling

· Assist the supervisor in arranging daily caddie schedules, on-course group assignments, and backup deployment.

· Follow up on caddie attendance, leave applications, and ad-hoc adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

2. On-Site Operations Support

· Assist in course patrols and supervise caddie service quality, etiquette, and uniform appearance.

· Handle guest feedback or on-site incidents promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.

3. Training and Guidance Support

· Assist in organizing pre-job training, on-the-job coaching, and service skill enhancement for caddies.

· Monitor the performance of trainee caddies and provide timely feedback and evaluations.

4. Information Recording and Communication

· Responsible for organizing basic records such as daily performance and complaints.

· Act as a communication bridge between the supervisor and caddies to convey various announcements and arrangements.

5. Event and Ad-Hoc Support

· Assist the supervisor with special arrangements for tournaments, VIP receptions, and large-scale events.

· Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
