Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for review, validation, and approval of all documentation related to instrumentation and automation systems, including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Instrumentation Data Sheets, Loop Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, and I/O Lists, Control Narratives and Logic Diagrams

2. Ensure documentation aligns with GAMP 5, GEP, and GMP requirements and supports audit-readiness.

3. Lead the commissioning and qualification of BMS systems, ensuring accurate integration of utility system monitoring, alarm management and access control

4. Ensure system validation aligns with regulatory requirements and project URS (User Requirement Specifications).

5. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and compliance objectives are met.

6. Maintain full traceability through detailed documentation, including change controls, risk assessments, deviations, and validation summary reports.

7. Takes a leadership role in department/ organizations.

8. Cost management in budgeting and expenses.

9. To interview/ managing contract, sub contract works and workers.

10. To prepare and plan the material management.

11. Decision making on priorities.

12. Delegate the roles and responsibilities in the department.

13. To Identify and act proper training needs in the department

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field) is required.

- Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
