Job Description

SITE SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION)

REQUIREMENT:

A) Possess diploma in civil engineering

B) At least one to three years experience in building construction

C) Possess vehicle license and own transportation

D) Proficiency in construction management software and tools such as AutoCAD

E) Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

F) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

G) Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervision and Coordination:

-Oversee all construction and installation works, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain a smooth workflow.

Quality Control:

-Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and construction designs are met.

Safety Compliance:

-Enforce safety regulations and standards on the site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Progress Monitoring:

-Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and reporting any issues or non-conformances.

Resource Management:

-Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials and equipment, and manage on-site personnel.

Reporting:

-Prepare daily work logs, site reports, and other necessary documentation to keep management informed of site activities and issues.

SALARY:

A) RM2500 - RM3000

B) EPF, SOCSO, EIS Contribution

LOCATION :

A) PROJECT : SUBANG BESTARI, SHAH ALAM

B) HQ Office : Ayer Keroh, Melaka
