Human Resources

Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and tracking recruitment expenses.

Assist in monitoring and verifying staff attendance records, including overtime calculations.

Support the review of staff reimbursement claims and the preparation of internal HR memos.

Administer employee insurance matters (SOCSO, GPA/GHS) including updates, renewals, and claims.

Conduct interviews for temporary/part-time/intern roles and support onboarding processes.

Prepare HR documents: employment letters, confirmation/promotion letters, etc.

Training & Development

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-house training programs.

Serve as emcee or coordinator during training events.

Coordinate staff participation in external training programs.

Liaise with training vendors to confirm training schedules, materials, costs, and venues.

Conduct HR Orientation for new outlet employees.

Maintain systematic training documentation for easy access and compliance.

Manage training budgets, including HRD Corp (PSMB) claims and fund administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
