Your challenges:

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages with consistency.
  • Manage espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment with precision, including grinding beans and steaming milk.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.
  • Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of coffee machines and equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with the team for smooth operation and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Be adaptable to handle peak hours efficiently and take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in coffee service.
  • Proficient in coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality beverage preparation and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Capable of handling the physical demands of the role, including lifting supplies and cleaning.
