Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for both Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and budgets, analyzing project requirements, managing contracts, conducting cost control measures, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. The role also involves compiling financial data, preparing tender documentation, and working closely with the construction team to monitor project expenses.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of contract management, including tender preparation and evaluation
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills for accurate data analysis and cost control
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or project management tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • For Senior Quantity Surveyors: Proven experience in similar roles, including managing complex or large-scale projects
