Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of security services across multiple locations.
  • Ensure all sites are adequately staffed with trained and licensed security personnel.
  • Monitor adherence to post orders, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Implement and improve operational procedures and best practices.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding operational issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in client meetings, site walk-throughs, and performance reviews.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and schedule security personnel as per contractual needs.
  • Monitor employee performance and administer disciplinary actions when required.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training for guards on safety and protocol updates.
  • Ensure all guards maintain wear a complete, clean, and neat uniform at all times while on duty.

Administrative and Compliance:

  • Prepare reports on incident trends, manpower deployment, and client feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for licensing, training, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and timesheets in coordination with HR.

Emergency and Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for client sites.
  • Investigate and report on incidents and security breaches.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in security operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and security management software.
