Project Manager – Culture Transformation

Job Title: Project Manager – Culture Transformation & Index Contract: Permanent Part Time (2 years) Location: Hybrid / Remote (with travel for key client workshops and governance meetings) Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director, O Psych Role Purpose: This role ensures disciplined execution, data accuracy, timeline control, and stakeholder confidence across diagnostics, surveys, dashboards, workshops, and reporting, while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Culture Transformation Project(s) ● Own day-to-day project management of active culture transformation workstreams, including reporting via PowerPoint decks and Excel trackers. ● Track milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across diagnostics, alignment workshops, dashboards, and reporting cycles. ● Coordinate internal consultants, client counterparts, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. ● Maintain a clear project plan and proactively flag risks, issues, or scope deviations early, with practical mitigation options. 2. Manage Index & Survey Roll-Outs ● Plan and manage end-to-end Index survey deployments, including readiness checks, timelines, and dependencies. ● Coordinate data requirements, access validation, communication plans, survey launches, closures, and post-survey verification checks. ● Ensure data accuracy, integrity, PDPA compliance, and strict alignment with the agreed scope, methodology, and governance requirements. ● Work closely with client and internal teams to ensure smooth roll-outs, minimal rework, and clear audit trails.3. Coordinate Dashboard & Reporting Enhancements (Project-Specific) ● Act as the coordination point between consulting, data, and technology teams for project-specific dashboard and reporting enhancements. ● Translate client and consulting requirements into clear briefs, timelines, and acceptance criteria. ● Track enhancement priorities, testing, validation, and release readiness related to project deliverables. ● Ensure outputs meet expectations for clarity, accuracy, usability, and governance. 4. Maintain Project Governance & Stakeholder Confidence ● Maintain structured project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and decision logs. ● Prepare clear management updates, status reports, and issue logs for internal leadership and client stakeholders. ● Support governance forums (e.g. alignment sessions, steering discussions) with accurate data and timely reporting. ● Ensure all work aligns with agreed timelines, responsibilities, and governance standards. Required Experience & Skills ● 6–10+ years of project management experience in culture transformation or HR projects ● Past experience working in the Big 4 consulting firms ● Highly structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure ● Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for tracking and reporting ● Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills ● Experience with surveys, dashboards, or data-driven projects is a strong advantage ● Comfortable working in governance-heavy environment
