Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for mid to senior level positions.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate pools for critical roles.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to ensure an on-going source of manpower supply.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS and sourcing techniques.
  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
