The function of this role is to manage human resource (HR) services for the Company and will be focusing on managing all aspects of PX. He/she will be an agent of change that will provide an employee-centric HR that support business needs of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
To assist the Senior Executive, PX and Head, PX in the coordination of PIP training to ensure managers are guided on the requirements and processes to be adhered to.
To assist in managing relationships with Unions and to ensure harmony relationship between the Company and the Union committee.
To assist in the preparation of Collective Agreement Mandate Proposal in ensuring the Company offers stays relevant, rational and competitive in the market.
To conduct investigations to resolve industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
To ensure proper coordination of Staff Awards (Technician Competition) coordinated with R&D Malaysia PX Office
To ensure employees' welfare is in adherence to the Company polices and standards.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience as Human Resource Business Partner or as a generalist.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all level of staff.
Good working knowledge of HRIS.
