About the Role

Carramax Group is seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our expanding automotive team in Setapak and Damansara. You will play a key role in assisting customers through the car purchasing process from product consultation to vehicle delivery. If you are proactive, result-driven and have a strong passion for the automotice industry, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand products by studying their features and capabilities and comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure Customer Satisfactionscores are consistently met
  • Assist in day-to-day outlet operations and showroom activities
  • Participate in social media marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service
  • Training will be provided to enhance product and sales knowledge

Requirements

  • Have experience in social media marketing
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Possess a positive and dynamic working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Working experience in car sales and understanding of the automotive industry is anadded advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transportation and a valid Class D Driving License
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

WORKING LOCATION:

SETAPAK BRANCH OR DAMANSARA BRANCH

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1, RM6,130.71 per month
