We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Analyst to support and lead our Asian marketing operations across multiple countries. This role involves managing two regional divisions, driving brand awareness, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across markets.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing—to execute integrated marketing strategies, plan exhibitions, and enhance the company's visibility throughout Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and manage the Asian Marketing Operations across two regional divisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and corporate reputation in Asian markets.
  • Plan and coordinate international exhibitions, including booth design, logistics, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company as an exhibitor at major industry events and trade shows across Asia.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to visit distributors and customers across local and overseas markets.
  • Manage and maintain the corporate website, including content updates, structure, and performance optimization.
  • Create and manage digital content for social media and website platforms.
  • Plan, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities to management.
  • Oversee SEO performance, keyword optimization, and Google search ranking strategies.
  • Coordinate and release company news, exhibition updates, and product advertisements across various channels such as the website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan, produce, and edit marketing and promotional videos for online and offline use.
  • Design and create marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and flyers.
  • Manage and distribute monthly email marketing campaigns targeting distributors and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a multinational or regional marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Experience in exhibition and event planning.
  • Proficiency in website management and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel across Asia for exhibitions, meetings, and market visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
