Job Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming shipments, raw materials, finished goods (FG), and return-to-vendor (RTV) items.
  • Verify accuracy of quantities and inspect quality according to specifications and supporting documents (DO, PO, invoice, etc.).
  • Ensure all materials are properly labelled and stored in designated locations according to part no., batch, and status.
  • Maintain clear and organized warehouse layout for easy retrieval and traceability.
  • Conducting daily kitting & backstage from production.
  • Prepare materials accurately according to procedure and ensuring compliance of weights of raw material consumed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all materials and finished goods in the warehouse system.
  • Track and manage FIFO for all material movements.
  • Generate and submit monthly stock count reports.
  • Handle non-conforming or defective materials and coordinate proper segregation and disposal according to quality procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including washing pallets and ensuring safe, tidy storage areas.
  • Perform system transactions such as Good Receipt (GR), stock issuance, and inventory adjustments.
  • Support documentation control and reporting related warehouse activities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Basic math and computer knowledge.
  • Ability to operate forklift.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
