an award-winning Corporate Event Agency in ASEAN — we're offering a
1-Year Management Trainee Program (Contract Basis)
for aspiring event professionals.

During this program, you'll gain
cross-functional exposure
across both the
Event Project Team
and the
Event Account Team
, spending
6 months in each department
to understand how great events come to life from all angles.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Account & Project Teams with research and vendor coordination
  • Prepare pitch decks, handover files, job cards, and project briefs
  • Assist in tracking event expenses, budgets, and claims
  • Help pack event kits and props following detailed checklists
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all materials are ready on time
  • Support in creating presentations and visual proposals
  • Assist with on-site event operations when needed
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and fresh perspectives to improve event execution
  • Keep project files and records organized for easy reference

Skill Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Events, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Bonus: Internship/experience in events, marketing, or admin support
  • A genuine passion for learning and growing in the corporate event industry
