Our client Curo Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Business Development Lead to join their team
About Our Client

Our client is an early-stage Clinic SaaS startup dedicated to simplifying clinic operations and enhancing patient care. They are committed to providing better tools for clinics to manage appointments, EMR, billing, inventory, and reporting.

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop a growing Sales & BD team, setting targets, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a predictable and scalable pipeline, optimizing sales processes.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and leadership on revenue forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events and partner ecosystems.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in Sales or Business Development, with proven leadership experience.
  • Achievement: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and scaling a sales/BD team.
  • Skills: Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
