Department: AGIC - Central Region Claims Hub.

Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?

To perform the following activities in assisting for Third Party Bodily Injury claims:

1. Claims Processing & Assessment
2. Claims Services
3. Claims Settlement

You'll be responsible for: 

1. To attend to the incoming emails, recording the emails and assign to Claims Examiner or assign Adjusters. 

2. Register claims.

3. Obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.

4. Arrange payment to insured, service providers via Merimen.

5. Attend to claims query from customers, agents, brokers, branches and claims hub.

6. To assist superior in all other matters and given tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to improve work efficiency
