Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the company by attending to visitors, clients, and incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including receiving guests, handling inquiries, and directing calls or visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations in the office.
  • Prepare, type, and file official letters, documents, and reports as required by management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and document deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory such as stationery, pantry items, and A4 papers; coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining office equipment and facilities; arrange for maintenance or repairs when necessary.
  • Support event coordination and prepare simple posters or materials for company activities and celebrations.
  • Manage and secure office keys, ensuring proper opening and closing of the office premises.
  • Perform other related or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates aged below 35, due to the nature of the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
