Job Responsibilities
- Monitor Contract Expiry, Appraisal, & Offer Letter
- Track and maintain all employee confirmation and extension of employment.
- Contract renewal process and any changes in staffs status and salary (issue out an expiry of contract letter and appraisal, 2 months before the expired date.
- Monitor staff under cooling period
- Preparing necessary documents for SOCSO claim
- Preparing requirement document as staff request eg: pay slip, staff confirmation letter, EA form.
- Preparing payment for monthly deduction
- Issue acceptance resignation letter within notice period
- Check overtime & reimbursement
- Prepare payroll for each company
- Process employee data (Payroll movement – new hires, changes, additional earnings) from the HR system of record to the payroll system
- Manage of all payment and deductions to Statutory Bodies such as Income Tax, SOCSO, KWSP, EIS and also all deduction related to staff
- Preparing EA forms and Borang E Majikan on a yearly basis
- Preparing monthly reserve fund to Account Department
- Checking monthly staff/ payroll movement and checking payroll report
- Prepare memo monthly Director's Allowance
- Preparing letter of appointment for employees (end of contract or yearly contract employees)
- Handle Exit Interview for resign staff
- Update insurance & outpatient listing
- Prepare payment for GHS, GTL, & GPA and also for outpatient medical bill
- Key in medical reimbursement into system
- Processing any insurance claim recovery
- Preparing necessary documents for Insurance & Medical outpatient claim
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree / fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
