Job Scope :

  • In-charge of tooling conceptualization, detailed design reviews and production line / tooling installations
  • Manage projects from stages in specifications, conceptualization, setup, debugging and improvements to final release to production users
  • Engage in ongoing equipment improvements programs to ensure continuous quality, productivity and cost improvements
  • Liaise with vendors on project integration to ensure productivity and quality improvements
  • Handling Tool Modification ( Customer Revision Change )
  • Improvements of tooling for maximum yield gain
  • Reverse Engineering support of product resign for customer request

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience within a tool engineering environment.
  • Proficient in Tooling engineering (mechanical drawing, mechanical principles, etc.)
  • Good knowledge on metal working technique such as tool manufacturing, tool assembly, composite tooling.
  • Strong understanding of stamping tooling concepts, processes, and maintenance.
  • Have strong analytical and planning skill and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on and proactive attitude in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
